Strange question about Pull-ups

My 3yo DD has been potty trained for a long time but always wet during the night so I have been using pull-ups. Lately, she has been waking up in the middle of the night screaming that her underwear are wet, so I get it she is now aware of herself peeing.
Is this because she's starting to grow out of bed wetting, or did they change the pull-ups? I don't remember seeing the cool touch technology thing where it says feels cool when they are wet. I'm not sure if I just never paid attention to it but I saw it on the package the last time I bought them and I thought, Humm that is new

I don't think the cool touch are the nighttime ones. She might be freaked out by how wet she feels

Are you using specific night ones? Does the pull up itself have any indication of being cool touch? Her body could just be realizing it slightly after the fact, which could be good. Is it around the same time everynight? Maybe you want to start taking her to the potty before you go to bed?

Hmm, maybe the night time ones are different! I didn't know that.... I will look tomorrow.
She does go to the potty before bed, but pees very often during the day so I'm not shocked that she wakes up with a wet pull up. I never used them as training pants, only for sleep. Thanks so much for the tips everyone
