Daycare halloween party

There was a sign up sheet in my son's daycare room yesterday for parents to bring in baked treats on Halloween for a party. My son is 9 months old and in the infant room. He doesn't eat cookies, cupcakes or anything like that. There are only 8 kids in the room and some of them are closer to 18 months so they probably eat more of these things. Would you bring something? 2 parents had already signed up to bring cupcakes or cookies.

Daycare halloween party

Puffs, Cheerios, Squeeze pouches

ETA: I think most of those snacks are for the parents. My 18 month old does not really eat many sweets.

Re: Daycare halloween party

It's only 8 kids. I'd bring something, but not any food so this way all the babies can enjoy. A lot of times AC Moore or even Target in the $1 section will have books, stickers, etc.
What about Puffs or those Yogurt melts too if your LO eats them?
DS was in daycare and didn't eat a lot of that food for a while bc he had sensory issues. I still brought stuff for the class so they can enjoy. Just nice that all the parents contribute. Next year your LO will enjoy it more and I'm sure other moms will be in the same boat you're in now.

Yes I would bring something. Maybe bring something that your child would be able to enjoy.

I'd bring puffs or those yogurt puffs things - something your dc and others his age can enjoy.

Daycare halloween party

DD was 7 months old last Halloween and her daycare had a party. I brought in mini cupcakes even though she wouldn't have eaten any.

I would bring puffs, goldfish, yogurt melts, applesauce pouches. Maybe put Halloween stickers on them.

Id send in age appropriate snacks for the younger set in the class so everyone can participate you dont have to give a baby a cupcake.
