I am not sure what you mean by compatible. I used my medela pump with Target storage bags and then warmed up my milk in those bags and transferred them to my Playtex drop-ins to feed. I found the medela bottles way to fast for LO. also the playtex drop-in storage system for their bags with those caps and rings sucked!! They leaked all the time, it was a nightmare. I loved the target bags. Froze flat, easy to write on and super cheap compared to other storage bags.

No you can't pump into the drop in. It's basically a bottle liner so you don't have to wash the bottle, just the nipple and ring. I used them from time to time but I prefer to pump into the medela bottles. I either store in bottles or pour into bags. Want a fan of the medela pump and store bags (you pump directly into the bag) they leaked too much.

Are you using the ventaire bottles or the drop ins? We loved the drop ins. The ventaire you put liquid into the bottle. The dropins are a plastic liner that sits in the bottle and you fill that. Toss the liner. So easy. I didn't BFor PUMP but I don't think you could pump directly into either

You pump into medela. You can store in them too. Like above poster said vent air is a straight bottle you fill. Drop ins are liners so you would pour the milk in the liner to fees baby from that bottle.
I had glass bottles to use a bottle warmer and only heat what i needed then poured into drop ins liner. Best bottle ever! Only need to clean the nipple.

No you pump directly into the storage bags. Then you can warm the milk in the storage bag and pour directly into the drop-in liner that sits inside the bottle. Keeps everything very clean and no scuzzy build up in the bottles. I also found that of all the bottles I tried including Avent, Medela, Nuk and Tommy Tippes, the Playtex Drop-in flow was by far the slowest so DD never had any problems going from breast to boob and back.
