Jury duty help!
Hi Ladies,
I received a summons for jury duty next week but since we are going to be away this weekend, I decided to use my one time postponement. I did it over the phone last night and entered a new desired date to serve. The recording says they'll send me a new summons 2 weeks prior to that date. I did not receive a confirmation number or anything like that. I want to be sure my postponement is in their system but I can't seem to connect with a human at any of the numbers on the summons.
Anyone have any experience with this? Should I be concerned or just let it go and wait until I get my new summons (hopefully). I just think its awful you can't get a human and the automated system doesn't give you a confirmation number!
Any advice? TIA!

I always postpone and never had an issue.
Once they tell you they will send a new summons that's it.
Never had a problem

Never had a problem
Same here. I did this recently and never got any confirmation until the new summons arrived for my rescheduled date. It should be fine.
