Gymboree on-line purchase
I know Gymboree is infamously slow with online orders, but I put in an order on Monday and still haven't received notification that it's shipped. I'm starting to worry b/c shipping alone can take up to 10 business days, and dd's photos are in 2 weeks. The dress I wanted is only available online so I can't run to a store to pick it up.
Should I try to contact them? Does anyone else remember recent experiences with gymboree shipping? Thank you.

I too would contact them. I ordered something on Saturday and it shipped on Tuesday.

I would call. I ordered late on the 4th, it shipped on the 7th and it arrived today.

I just got off the phone with them. It was like talking to a wall! Even though the order still hasn't left the warehouse (which is supposed to happen 1-2 days post-order and we are at day 5), they still promise I will get it by oct. 19 (10 business days). I told them if I don't, they will be overnighting the order to me...
Let's see what happens...

This is so weird - 5 minutes later, it now says "complete". I bet you the order got lost or something! Glad I called.

I'd call again if you are concerned.
We had one company overnight an order to us.
