I stopped drinking coffee and drink something called ganocafe. It is amazing and a natural anti inflammatory. Check it out, they have a website but I order it from Amazon.

Can't really say anything about that butter or any actually cause I'm cutting all type of dairy but I love coconut oil, there's so many benefits and u can use it in so many ways, for ur hair, for ur skin, u can mix it with essential oils, and of course for food too. It has healthy fat in it which is good for the body. I've also heard that it helps with weight loss.

I don't think it's needed honestly unless u want to do it as part of your routine maybe.
The magic trick to health, energy, weight loss, mental clarity: lots of greens in your diet, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, and tons of water. Stay away from processed and packaged foods. Limit dairy or avoid entirely if possible. Totally eliminate sugar that's not naturally occurring. Our bodies aren't meant for all this processed food. Eat whole for a month and you are guaranteed to look and feel and think better.
I like fast food and sweets and don't judge people or myself when I indulge. But I know it's bad fuel. I feel like a different person in every way when I eat clean.

Butter- good! Coffee- good!
Coconut oil- I don't know enough to comment on whether it's better for you or not. I think you need to get the right kind.
Healthy and better for you, ehh. I don't think there are any studies to back up that it's better for you.
I agree with a PP about eating non-processed foods, reducing sugar, and eating lots of veg and fruit.
For me- everything in moderation. I don't subscribe to eating organic, non-GMO BS, sorry.

Ditto and exercise. I feel less tired and more awake all day and just until bedtime when I exercise.

Re: a question for the healthy people in the crowd... and the science-knowing types
I have used coconut oil in coffee and it's ok, I don't know if I feel any more energized from it than from just drinking coffee.
I saw that combo (butter and coconut oil) on the menu at wholefoods and thought it was a strange combo, didn't realize it was a popular thing.
In my opinion (and I'm not a Dietician or Nutritionist), unless you are trying to add those fats into your diet, because you don't get enough of it in your regular diet (not the case for most people on the standard American diet, or even many people who eat more healthy), then I feel like there's no reason to add fat to your coffee, especially saturated fat.
When I want to feel energized I start the morning with warm water and lemon...I do still have coffee, but I wait a while. I can't give up coffee And care for my 4 kids

do you do this? No. do you like it? Honestly, the thought of that much fat in my coffee upsets my stomach. Unless I am having a latte I drink my coffee black. does it really help with weight loss? If you are on a ketogenic diet (low carb-think Atkins) this can help you boost the amount of fats you take in helping your body reach ketosis--you burn fat and lose weight- it will not help you lose weight in combination with a moderate carbohydrate intake-it is high in saturated fats-coconut oil contains medium chain fatty acids that are good for you in moderation. does it really help with energy levels? It is high fat and the standard bulletproof coffee recipe provides over 400 calories so it might increase energy levels but no more than a well balanced breakfast. anti-inflammatory? Dairy is often one of the foods suggested to be avoided in anti inflammatory diets--a better plan is fatty fish, fruits and veggies- sweets and grains in moderation.
