Professional scanner?

Please recommend your professional scanner! I've been using the Fuji FI series for the last 7 years, they work well for, oh, about a hot minute then they start crapping out! For the volume these practices are doing, they just have a very short lifespan. If this is the best, then that's all there is to it, they are the best, but I can't believe there is nothing that lasts more than 6 months to a year before it starts failing.
