need vegetarian lunch order HELP
I need to order lunch and have to include a vegetarian option.
I don't eat vegetables at all so I have no idea which of these are a better choice (all are sandwiches)
grilled vegetables
grilled eggplant
fried eggplant
also we will be having house and Caesar salad and a pasta salad.

Re: need vegetarian lunch order HELP
I would do Grilled Vegetables which will probably include the Eggplant.
I would not do fried.
Are the non-vegetarian options cold options as well or hot dishes? If they are hot dishes then you should have one hot vegetarian dish to offer as well.

non vegetarian will be skirt steak sandwiches and some kind of chicken sandwich so everything will be cold no hot dishes!

In MY book you can never go wrong with fried.
You can fry up a shoe and it would taste like heaven.
Plus if I HAVE to eat a vege it ha to be fried for me to stomach it

Grilled veggies. I'm a vegetarian and I happen to hate all forms of eggplant!

you know you knit too much when your brain read the title of this thread as "need variegated..." and then i just filled in "yarn."
sadly, it was not about yarn.
but it was about yummy food, so not too bad.
i voted for grilled veggies. yummy
