mattress opinion
Why can't anything in this world be easy?
I've been looking for good deals on a full size mattress for my daughters room & came across all these things about toxic gases & cancer causing chemicals in the flame retardant used.
I don't know if it's all BS or if it's valid.
Did anyone consider this when buying a mattress or do you think this is just another big scare tactic to encourage people to buy million $ organic mattresses?
If anyone can recommend a particular one they like please let me know, thanks!

Yes, but cancer has become quite common--so it's something to think about!

I literally just went through this and ended up with a great deal on a sealy mattress. The organic mattresses cost $1000+ with no reviews on longevity. You cant test it. Its not coming from a place i know and trust that if i have a problem i know will be there.
For me personally, i live a healthy lifestyle i eat mostly organic... i do believe in a lot of the "hype" but i dont 100% believe the whole organic mattress thing. my dd has slept on a reg non organic mattress since shes an infant. I am blessed she has had no health issues no respiratory issues and shes had a great 3 years on that crib mattress. No issues.

I haven't had to look at full size yet. We have a naturepedic crib mattress and have been happy with it. I would consider their full size, but I'm sure there are more options available to look at.
