I made a reservation on Open Table for this evening.
Do we have the option of outdoor seating?

Depends on availability. Call the restaurant and inquire if you can reserve an outdoor table.

You should call and ask the restaurant directly to reserve one. Open Table usually has a spot for you to put in special requests when you first make the reservation. I always put in if I want to be seated somewhere sapexifically or if I need high chairs or boosters set up in advance.
