What do I need to bring?
For a day on a boat? DH, DD and I were invited on BIL & SIL's boat tomorrow. In the past when we've gone out on his parents' boat, we'd ride out for an hour, then turn back and come home....usually be out for 2-3 hours max. Apparently BIL & SIL spend the entire day out. I'm being told the ride out is 45 minutes, then they anchor for about 3-4 hours, then another 45 minute ride back. So I'm looking at almost an entire day.
DD is almost 20 months. I bought her a life vest - obviously diapers, and some food and water. Change of clothes, sunscreen. Is there anything else I'll need for her? How about DH and me, lol? I'm not really a boat/beach/ocean person so this is all new to me. I prefer chlorine and concrete

What do I need to bring?
I go out on our boat almost every weekend and we have taken DS since he was 4 months.
Clothes, sunscreen, life vest, food/drinks, baby powder, toys. We anchor in a place we can walk up tot he beach so we bring beach toys and his puddle jumper so he can play int he water and his life vest doesn't get wet. The last thing he wanted to do was put a wet life jacket on for the ride home when he was nice and dry.
A few towels since they always seem to end up wet. THe baby powder is to get the sand off!!!
