1 year old meal schedule
Whats your 1 year old meal schedule like - what are they eating, when are they eating and how much milk??

1 year old meal schedule
Ds is 16m
7-730am wake up and have 8oz milk bottle
9-930am breakfast (yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, pancakes, waffle, etc
10-1030 nap for about 1 1/2hrs
1pm lunch (grilled cheese, macaronni, turkey meatballs, hotdog, grilled chicken)
3pm nap for about 1 1/2hrs
530pm dinner usually whatever we have or one of the items listed for lunch
7pm sippy cup with about 4-5oz of milk
730 bed

1 year old meal schedule
DS, 14 months, eats whatever we eat. He will literally eat ALL day and still breast feeds 4-5 times a day.
5:45 - wake up and BF
7 - breakfast (Cheerios, toast with cream cheese or jam, French toast served with fruit (banana or berries)
11:30 - lunch (leftovers, Mac n cheese, grilled cheese, hummus on a pita, quesadilla)
2:30-3 - snack (yogurt, fruit, Cheerios, animal crackers, veggie pouch)
6 - dinner (whatever we're having)
7:15 - BF
7:30 - bedtime
He naps 1-2 times a day for a total of 2-3 hours.

My guy is 14 months and will also eat all day if I let him.
6 - milk (only a couple of ounces)
7:30/8 breakfast (same things as above) and fruit
11:30 lunch (same things as above and fruit
3 snack. Fruit/crackers goldfish etc
5:30/6 dinner (whatever we have)
8 milk (only a couple ounces).
Eta: our nap times are weird. Sometimes he will nap 2x sometimes just once.

3 meals a day during normal meal times and table food....whatever we are eating.
Milk no more than 16 ounces.
