stroller for 2
Will soon have two under two, please recommend your best stroller, I am thinking one that will take a snap and go in the beginning and then convert to a regular seat...? Not sure if this even exists...

Britax Bready with a britax infant seat snaps in and you could use a full seat for older one. Then two regular seats or one regular seat and a stroller board.

I have a graco snugride click connect infant seat so I'm getting the Graco double stroller that allows the infant seat to just click in. No adapter needed. I will also have 2 under 2.

Uppa Baby Vista lets you configure 2 seats in multiple ways -- the 2 seats can be their infant car seat, their bassinet attachment, their rumble seat, and riding peg board -- can be configured to face you/face away. It's pretty awesome -- check out their website -- they have pictures of all the variations!

I have the Chicco Cortina and I love it. 3 year old DD sits in the front and 4 month old DS is in the car seat snapped in. There is another seat for him when he grows out of car seat.

The new Vista is amazing! The City Select double is similar, and less expensive.

I have the City Mini Double. We put DD in there right away (with an infant support). I use the snap n go with her when I don't have my older one or if I'm with DH.

Re: stroller for 2
Mine will be a little further apart in age - 3 years - but I plan on getting the double britax b-agile. I loved the single for dd. This way, I can click on the infant car seat on one side and dd can be on the other. Once she outgrows the infant seat, it's a great side by side.
For trips where either dd doesn't need a stroller, or if we are doing 2 single strollers, baby can click into my old single b-agile, and dd can either help me push, or I can put her in the umbrella stroller (ie if DH is with me and we each take a stroller).
I considered an uppababy vista or britax b-ready or baby jogger select, but personally I didn't love the configurations. I felt like either one kid had a seat in their face or was riding really low to the ground. I haven't made up my mind completely, but that's what I'm thinking for now at least...
