Didn't Old Navy used to give 90 days to make returns?
I could swear Old Navy had a 90 day return policy. but when I just went online to print out return label, it said 45 days.
does anyone know if this was changed recently?
or if there's a way around it, since I am past 45 days?
Thank you!!!
P.S. this is for an online order. A couple of items were "return by mail only."

I used to work for the company, in store returns are 90 days, online returns have been 45 days for as long as I can remember. How many days past the 45 days are you? If it's just a few you could try calling customer service and they might just process it anyway, it can't hurt to try and I have heard of them doing that before. Good luck!

Right above... I also learned the hard way that online orders are less days then in store purchases.

I once sent something back thinking it was longer than it was and I got an email saying they processed it as a courtesy

It had been 45 days for quite a while. I'm super forgetful though and have sent it back past the date a number of times. Two or three times I got a call saying that it was past the date but they would process the return as a courtesy. But they keep track and limit that. After that, they will send you back your clothes.
You may want to try your local store first. I've had good luck with that.
