Ditto. The first thing they ask is "do you have an appointment?" and if not, they direct you to an iPad to make one and then let you wait around until it rolls around.

I made an appointment when my phone took a swim and someone told me to just go when they first open and I'll be good. I did that, waited a total of 20 minutes (including waiting for the store to open) and was in and out super quick.
