Anyone recommend a really good dermatologist? I have developed this very strange rash on my neck and chest the past week and it is getting worse- primary said it could be an allergic reaction I have been eating basic and bland the past few days and it is just getting worse not better  it doesn't matter where they are located if they are good I'll travel.
