Same birthday theme again
DD's 1st birthday was a Minnie Mouse theme. She is obsessed with her and Mickey still. Do I do the same theme again for her 2nd birthday? I've never seen people repeat themes but she isn't into any other show...the only other thing she loves is animals. She loves animals so wasn't sure if I should do something along those lines. Has anyone repeated a birthday theme for their DC?

Honestly, I doubt anyone but you will remember last year's theme.
I say go for it if that is what she likes

DS wasn't so into his first birthday but LOVED his second birthday (theme was Mickey). So if that's what she's into, I say go for it. They're much more aware as they get older, and I don't think your guests will care, even if they do remember the theme from the previous year.

Growing up, all of my birthday parties, and all of my friends' parties had the same "theme" every year.... "birthday"... we didn't have "themes" like now. Nobody cared, and I've never seen anyone care now with DC and DC's friends' parties. A party is a party. The host/hostess are the only ones who really care about the theme.

Same birthday theme again
There are so many different Minnie or nickel themes. You can use the same character just change the design of the theme
