Was just looking for a quick weekend getaway at the end of April. Woodloch Pines seems a bit pricey...is it worth it this time of year for a 3 yo?

I was there recently and honestly I didn't feel it was worth it for that age of a child. My dd is almost 3 and theres some cute things to do but not enough that I felt it would be worth the price. Its VERY pricey. The food that is included is ok for inclusive food, BUT is NOT healthy AT ALL and there wasn't many healthy options. Dessert was the best part of the trip LOL
The rooms are very nice, the views are nice, the area itself is beautiful in terms of the mountains and everything. It was cold when we went, not snowing or bad weather just cold.
My dd mostly loved the indoor play gym, which I could bring her to the one close to home for that.
The activities are more for 7 years old and up I would say.
We did:
Go Karts (dd sat with me)
Play gym
They had a magician, she lasted about 20 min and then lost interest so we had to leave
Petting zoo
Theres another play area with cars they can drive (ie the Barbie jeep) but its in a VERY loud, like its a club loud and at night has strobing lights which scared my dd area where they have the bumper cars.
And another room with baby toys but most of them do not work and I was a bit concerned about cleanliness and germs. Most of the toys were pretty old and battered. We lasted about 5 min in there my dd was bored, it was too babyish for her.

personally I would rather spend the money and go somewhere warm OR spend less and do something closer to home. OR just wait it out for a bit warmer weather.

FM me with my questions =)

Thanks, I really appreciate the honest review. I think based on what you said we can do many other activities for about 1/10th of the price!

Thanks again! : )
