Re: Returning formula to BRU?
When Julian was real young he, out of nowhere, no longer could tolerate the Similac Blue. He had been on it since the hospital and was fine until around two months old. So, I had (of course lol) JUST bought two cases. Both unopened.
Ped said you need to switch him to the Sensitive - Similac in the orange bottle. Fine, I went in and they tried to give me a hard time for like a hot minute until I was like my DOCTOR said that my son CANNOT tolerate this. It is like a reaction to it, so that's that. And then they let me exchange it for the orange stuff.

I've done it, but. Think it was linked to my bru account.
Target will do it without a receipt, but you have a max of $100 a yea of returns without a receipt.

And it's annoying because it is dependent upon who you get. There's no rhyme or reason. One person will let you return ABC and if you tried to return the SAME THING with someone else, it's a whole different story. I truly hate that store.

I thought something was buy one get one half, I asked the cashier because it was coming up full price. She looks at me like she just saw aliens land, scrolls down on her screen looking at something and then says "oh ok" at which point I assume she means "ok, it's buy one get one" and that she's fixing the price. I check my receipt and it wasn't. So I go over to the counter, they tell me no it wasn't on sale that one thing was excluded blah blah blah, so I decide to return. It was $20. I paid $100 gift card and $20 debit and they would only give me a store credit. Meanwhile if I would have taken them off when I was at the register I would still have my money. She said it's their policy all returns go to the store credit first if you used a gift card

Re: Returning formula to BRU?
They will take with receipt or if bought in rewards card. They need to turn to manufacturer as damaged since they can't resell so they won't just take it back.
