I personally feel if you're going to do such a bold lip, you at least need to have some mascara on.

Too much bronzer and too bold lips for her to do naked eyes.... I think had she kept everything more natural it would have looked much better, and she would have actually looked like herself. There is too much contrast and it doesn't look like her.

Not sure if it's just the angle of the picture or if her eyes are always two dramatically different sizes. I'm sure a good make-up artist would be able to disguise that.

She's such an unfortunate looking woman. Between her huge forehead, her nose, and just her overall features...she needs more makeup. And a set of bangs wouldn't hurt her.
