She was looking nice for a while but looks like hell again. Her hair is so bad, it isn't just bright pink but it is so thin. I think it is cause she is malnourished.

She looks like a tool. I also am pretty confident that she has an eating disorder or medical condition. She looks unnaturally thin. I don't recall her always being that sickly looking.

She was once an average size girl (back in her Paris Hilton days), so I would find it hard to believe that she got this thin in any sort of HEALTHY, natural way.

She does have an eating disorder, but was doing good once she had her daughter. I guess she's back to her bad habits again. I hope she can pull it together for the sake of her babies. 
This is when Rachel Zoe had her claws into Nicole and Lindsay Lohan when she was their "Stylist" Obviously she isn't to this point thank god.... but pretty close.
