Can you do more with Picassa than with iPhoto?
Your photos look so fancy. I've got iphoto on my mac and I'm wondering if that's basically the same?

I am not familiar with iPhoto but you can always download Picasa and play around with it. It's free!!! Here are the instructions:
Go to google.com, click on "more" and under "communicate, show & share" you will see Picasa and then download the program.

Iphoto is more storage and simple editing....no special effects.
Picassa is not mac compatiable (to my knowledge)

picassa has no where near the capabilities of photoshop but is sooooo much easier to use if you just want to do basic photo editing. it also is great for organizing your photos and great for emailing pics to your friends without having to resize each one.

Picassa is not mac compatiable (to my knowledge)
figures  DH had to have a mac!  I'm such a PC person and now that I'm home with baby I'm stuck trying to do things on a mac. ugh
