For a 74 year old I think he looks pretty good. Men loose testosterone as they age so,yeah, some look a little "softer".
I don't think he's had a face lift... I think he got his eyes done, puffiness underneath receded a bit in recent years but they don't looked pulled to me. I actually only noticed after comparing pics over a few years.
He's probably gotten hair implants over the years and he's never had a gray hair  so he definitely dyes it religiously (but then again, so do I).
Had John and George lived I wonder what they'd look like today.
