wow! i am totally loving this season.
is anyone else really sad that they killed off daniel? i was just starting to like him again!!

I liked how it was up in the air- I had read something online about it being Daniel but at the end I thought it could have been Victoria, David (accidentally drinking Victoria's wine) or Jack when he ran in at the end.
I am sad to see Daniel go but it will make things more interesting.

Omg Daniels dead! Just when he was turning his life around with margiox and the baby.
I'm loving Charlotte not being in the show. She was so annoying overacting.

Yep I read an article today about this too.
I agree. Wish they had killed off Charlotte. She is super annoying. Hope they keep her at rehab.

He was going to testify. A girl he knew was raped at the hands of his frat brother and he knew they would drag her name through the mud. He wanted to defend her story, but the dad made him side with the frat brother bc he had power and connections.

I really didn't see Daniel's death coming. I feel bad now that he was starting to be "good" again and Margot's pregnant. I wonder if Victoria is now going to go crazy and seething with revenge now that she probably believes Emily was responsible for Daniel's death.
ETA - I also wish it was Charlotte, she is probably one of the most annoying characters on TV.

I was shocked by Daniel's death too. I have been over this show for a while I just can't stop watching, LOL.
On a side note, it annoyed me that the Suffolk County Courthouse Daniel was in front of appeared to be in the middle of Manhattan. Someone failed on that set design idea
