Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi's new husband, Jionni LaValle, pleads guilty to DUI 2 days after wedding
TOTOWA, N.J. - First he said, "I do." Then he pleaded guilty.
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's husband pleaded guilty on Monday in Totowa, New Jersey, to driving under the influence. The charges stem from his arrest on Interstate 80 in August.
The plea came two days after 27-year-old Jionni LaValle and the MTV reality series star got married at a "Great Gatsby" themed wedding.
A Municipal Court official tells NJ.com charges of unsafe lane changes and careless driving were dropped.
LaValle's driver's license was suspended for three months and he was ordered to pay a $614 fine attend classes on the dangers of drinking and driving.
Polizzi and LaValle have two children, ages 2 and 2 months. They live in Morris County, New Jersey.

A three month loss of his license and a $600 fine -- plus, attend some classes.
That's the penalty for doing something so dangerous it claims over 12,000 lives a year in this country.
Disgusting.

sadly, in NJ a DUI is only a DMV offense, not a criminal matter. this was one of the things i hated about living in NJ.

NervousNell, what can I do to become newsworthy so I can make lots of $$, to pay off my school loan and help fund having a baby and a house.
It seem you don't need a college degree as non of these reality stars have one yet they earn more $$ than I can doing absolutely nothing.

your too funny, just made me laugh. Thank you
perhaps that should be my 2015 goal, Ill need help with the too much make up part, Im not good at putting enough on. I did figure out a "pole" name, HoneyJack:)
