ok so what's the deal w/ AF PP?
I have had cramps and mood shift, etc. but no acual flow? Am BFing and I thought they said there'd be no AF, but now I'm thinking maybe I misheard them and they said you still have a cycle just no bleeding? anybody shed some light on this for me?  thanks

I BF and are going through this now. My symptoms are so bad I could swear I was pg. I feel like I have been pms'ing, then I get cramps, tired, irritable. I am convinced it's just the hormones. I am starting to supplement too, so I think AF is knocking, but the door is still locked!

I got AF back at 12 months PP, when I stopped pumping and supplemented with cows milk. When you BF it can really come back at any time.
