That's probably part of it and I think she's just very slender by nature and her body doesn't put on a ton of weight easily.

She's around 3 months ,I think. My mom is really petite and she didn't show until 6 months either. She also only gained 20 pounds the whole pregnancy and not for a lack of eating ! Bodies just put on weight differently.
