We don't know that but I keep seeing people post she's NOT pretty. From what I read about her, she seems to be a quite brilliant woman and I, for the record, think she's stunning.

Ok, was just curious between the correlation of beauty and brains.
I don't think she is pretty but that doesn't mean she doesn't have other qualities, and I'm pretty sure Clooney probably thinks she is hot.

No but she is apparently incredibly smart and worldly, and maybe he finds that more attractive than physical beauty. So if he had 2 smart, beautiful women to choose from, he might be more interested in the smarter of the two.
FWIW, his first wife was far from attractive!

See my first initial reaction was that he wasn't so deep and probably thought she was hot. She still thin and not your average looking woman. But now that you mention his first wife wasn't pretty maybe looks aren't what attracts him.

The dress is a bit too much of a throwback to the 90s for me... I was expecting a timeless dress.
She is stunning though. I think her intellect makes her even more beautiful.

As far as the dress/hair/make-up...kind of lackluster....not terrible but not what I imagined she was going to look like.

Although I don't think she is a "classic" beauty, I think the way she carries herself, dresses and acts around him - always a big smile ( or so it appears), makes her more beautiful and attractive than a typical model type. And I think being so smart can also make someone more attractive than just their physical appearance. Being able to connect with someone intellectually can definitely make someone "average" looking seem much more attractive. (And isn't she an international human right lawyer? And isn't he very much involved in international human rights issues? IMO, that would make the connection between them so much stronger than just physical appearance)

I think both look classic, tasteful and I like that her gown was subtle. The wedding was about them, family & friends and not "the dress."

I think the lace on the dress is exquisite. I absolutely hate the style of it, and I think it is too young for her. I feel like it should have been more mod and couture. The cake needs 'splaining....
