Bronx Zoo question
DH, me and our girls are going Thurs with my sister who has a pass. She can get me in free. My girls are under 2 so free and we will buy dh a ticket online.
We are taking separate cars.
Will they let me park in the Asia/Member parking since I'm going with her?
If not, what is the best way for me to meet up with her so I can get in with her? She said there is a totally different zoo entrance from Asia than the main parking lot. I've never been so I'm not sure.

They won't let you park there because there is no entrance gate, but she can park anywhere, so she should just park wherever you do.
We have a pass and have parked in the regular parking and gone through the regular entrance. Sometimes they don't even let us go to the member parking.

this is your best bet. the zoo is very big - asia parking is on the complete other side of the zoo (which is on southern blvd). i have also parked on the street almost every time i have gone to the zoo - parking in their lot is $15. ive gotten spots a block or two from the southern blvd entrance

She won't have to pay at any lot if she's a member.

She doesn't have to pay parking no matter what lot she goes in. She should park near you and then all walk in together.

If she has free parking she can park in both for free but you and Dh will have to pay for parking. How many cars are you taking?

if you go Wednesday its free basic admission (imax, carousel etc are extra)

if you go Wednesday its free basic admission (imax, carousel etc are extra)
The chance you take by going Wednesdays is you may not see a lot of the exhibits(animals may not be out).

is her hubby going? because if not your hubby can get in free. They only check one pass and ID. My membership pass is good for me, my hubby, and 4 children. But they only ever check one pass. And the OP is right the person with the pass can park anywhere for free. You guys will just have to pay for parking.

Yup..if there is a male name on her membership card then she shows her card and ID, your hubby will be her hubby (they only check one card) and then u are the guest

it depends the membership she has. i have individual + guest. so i can only bring one person for free. hubby or someone else, not both.
