I HATE those cakes -
I get that it could be funny as an inside joke - My cousin is an OBGYN and she wanted one of those b/c she though it was hilarious......that's her 'inappropriate' sense of humor, that most of my family shares (my Aunt forbid it)  
But I don't think that's something the WHOLE world needs to see -
