I agree too. He's looking pretty haggard. It looks like he aged a lot all of a sudden.

Women can wear make up to try and cover up all the raggidiness.
Most Guys dont really use that option so how they feel is usually how it's portrayed.

Agree on both counts! They have two under two. Their little one isn't even 6mo. Who knows how hands on they are and how much sleep they are getting
