gift reccomendations for 1 year old boy
Our friend's son is turning one this month and I'm looking for something different to get him. They live in NJ and whatever we get would have to be shippable. They don't want/like any noisy toys, so I am having trouble thinking of ideas! Maybe some outdoor toys?

water table, DS loves it. What is your price range? Ds loved Soccer ball/ net, lawn mower bubble maker, any kind of trucks /cars....

DS LOVES balls- he likes to throw them and chase them! Always a great gift! He loves his basketball hoop too!

I just got a beach towel monogrammed with the child's name on it (pottery barn kids) and I'll be giving some beach toys to go with it. It's for a 1yr old as well.

I was just thinking of this. And maybe a backpack. PBKs little kids backpacks are adorable!!!!
Put a little car or train in the backpack.

i'd get a water table and/or some fun bath toys (bath crayons, floating blocks, those foam "sticker" things, some boats and whatnot, etc).
Honestly though, I was most happy with getting clothes (and DS didn't care about yet another toy)
