BM supply- will it/can it come back?
Last weekend DD#1 and I were in a wedding upstate. DD#2 is ebf and I pump so she'll have bottles while I'm away. Friday night and Saturday she stayed with DH until they came upstate for the wedding. While I was alone with DD#1 I ran around doing the usual pre-wedding stuff and only had the chance to pump a couple times. My supply was greatly affected. I'm only getting a little over half of what I used to get for each session. Has anyone had this happen and been able to get their supply back to where it was? With DD#1 I was barely able to produce enough but I was so proud of the difference this time around.

Try power pumping once per day. Pump until empty, turn off pump for 10 mins, pump for 10, stop for 10, pump for 10.
Also try fenugreek, mothers milk tea, eat oatmeal (steel cut oats) or other supplements if you're open to them.

I don't have any experience with power pumping; but when my supply dropped after a period away from DS I used fenugreek pills (3 pills 3x day) plus mother milk tea like 4x day. And oat meal daily. It really helped. Otherwise I'd say keep pumping as suggested and hopefully between the pumping and nursing sessions your body will start producing more again. Good Luck!

Yes. You are still producing so you should be able to get it back. You should pump a lot. Power pumping should help. Also eat foods to help your supply.
ETA: should have read pp before posting. At least we are consistent!

Nursing always helps my supply more than pumping. If you work, try to nurse as much as possible on your days off. That should help.

Try fenugreek. 3 pills 3x a day, and a lot of water. Real oatmeal helps too. Your supply will bounce back.

ITA.
Also, you could try a nursing "vacation" where you spend time w/ your nursling all day doing lots of skin to skin and BFing a lot.
I def think you can get your supply back if you nurse like crazy! Good luck!
