That's what gets me. It's like she tries to look awful much like Lady Gaga tries to look weird. I don't get it. A better fitting dress, a comb and some nice makeup and she could look 100x better.

One of her eyes points up & the other points down. 
I know most people are not symmetrical, but it seems she has either created or emphasized this with the horrible eyeliner.
