2 - Maclaren Triumph umbrella and a 10 year old Bugaboo.
My youngest is 1yo so I find I'm using them 50/50 now. The Maclaren for quick shopping trips and the Bugaboo for park, walks, going to soccer with the older kids, etc.

Right now only one: a Chicco Capri umbrella (I may also still have a BRU cheapo umbrella) because my third and last kid is 3 years old.
In the past, I've had
Snap & Go
Peg Perego Pliko P3
Sit & Stand
2 BRU umbrellas
Bumbleride Indie
oh and an earlier Chicco which I backed over with my car 
Not too crazy for three kids!

Two:
1) Chicco Snap and Go - no longer using this. DD outgrew the infant car seat and we just switched her over to the convertible car seat.
2) Uppa Baby Vista - I'll be honest that I find this very hard to close. I know DH is right that it just takes practice. It's also very bulky.
Looking to get an umbrella stroller for my parents' use and we'll grab it when we travel. Also have heard great things about the Citi Mini Double and of course I see them everywhere now because I notice everyone's stroller!

Omg so many.
Bugaboo, Maclaren triumph and jogger with #1. Then Phil & ted's when I had #2, and another Maclaren. Then, just when we were done with strollers and I had given the last macaren away...I got pg with #3. Snap n go, Maclaren quest, and jogger. Then got pg with #4- city mini gt double. Debating right now getting a second umbrella stroller.

How many strollers do you have?
2.
A graco lite stroller that fully reclines that I use mostly.
The first years ignite stroller for when we need more of an umbrella style.
