What age did you start running with baby?
DS is just over 5 months old so we broke out the jogging stroller in anticipation of nicer weather and him reaching the "right" age to have him ride in the jogging stroller. I know the recommendation is not before 6 months, but I was wondering if anyone waited longer for any reason. When start taking your LO out for runs? (I really can't wait!!)

What age did you start running with baby?
I think it depends more on weight. My DS was 19 lbs at 4 months so the ped gave the ok for us to use the jogging stroller and said to just make sure his head wasn't bobbing around or anything. He was fine.

What age did you start running with baby?
I don't remember exactly when we took DD out but she was at least 6-7 mo. She had gross motor delays/torticollis so she wasn't able to hold her head steady until a little bit later than most babies. She's also a peanut, she's still not 19lbs and she's almost 17mo

I agree it is more about height, weight, and head control. DD is small for her age and at 8 months I still wouldn't jog with her in the front of the jogger. Walking and shopping ok but jogging would be too much.
