RP: club med, majestic elegance or paradisus
looking into these options for the dominican republic and i can't figure out which way to go. Help please.
family of 5. 2 adults, a 6 year old, 3 year old and a 6 month old baby.
i'm big on food so to do an all inclusive and hear the food is okay kind of bothers me. But my husband really wants an AI. So help me please! 
ETA: i also heard good things about the club med in cancun.

I've been to the DR a few times. We stayed once at the majestic colonial which is next to the majestic elegance. The elegance definetly looked nicer but the food at the colonial was just ok. I would think the food would be similar at the elegance since they are the same owners. Other times we stayed at dreams resort & the food was much better.

We stayed at the majestic elegance. The majestic colonial was definitely more geared at kids. We had a great time - but the food was just ok (sorry!)
