Traveling with a sick toddler
I was supposed to leave for Las Vegas tonight with DD for a family wedding (not a super close relative). DD woke up sick this morning with the croup. I took her to the doctor and have since decided to cancel our trip. My parents and brother and his family are still traveling. A few friends thought I was nuts to cancel. I thought it was a no-brainer.
What would you have done??

I would have canceled. No need to bring a sick kid anywhere.. Croup isn't a cold... Good decision. She would be very uncomfortable flying and it is contagious..

I would have gone but ds has croup all the time so we have gotten used to it and we don't stop doing things.
