Slimy poop in BF baby?
DC is EBF. Poops range from yellow (most of the time) to green. Sometimes the poops are slimy. She never shows discomfort and is as happy as can be. Should I be concerned? Is the slime mucous?

This happened with DD a few times. Make sure LO is drinks enough from each side to make sure they get the hind milk.

was going to say the same- has she been getting pumped bm? If DD has more pumped milk, her poops are green. Its from not getting the hindmilk.

Yup, now that you say it that makes sense. I was giving a lot of pumped milk those days. Should I be concerned about about a little mucous? She seems happy and not uncomfortable. Maybe I will cut back on dairy and see if that makes a difference.
