Osh kosh/ carters coupons
I just asked someone this at Osh Kosh yesterday and she said yes, the coupons are interchangeable.

FYI, I tried today, and they are not interchangeable. However, they actually helped me find a coupon code online with my smartphone (and it wasn't even from their website - it was from one of those coupon websites).

It must vary between stores. I was also at one were both stores were connected, so maybe that made a difference.
