Yogurt pouch/food pouch question
This may be stupid but dd has never had a pouch and is 17mos. Next month at daycare she goes to an 18mos and up classroom and the food I need to pack should be mostly foods she can feed herself.
Tonight I saw at target the stonyfield to toddler pouches and bought. I just gave her one and she sucked it down. Then I started thinking, is she supposed to drink it out of the pouch??? Or is it supposed to be squeezed into a bowl?

Those pouches are designed for convenience and to be eaten straight from the pouch

Yup, straight from the pouch. They sell a spoon attachment for younger babies, but I've never used them.

Okay good thanks! I am glad she is supposed to suck out of the pouch bc she can feed it to herself. My friend had a 9mos old and I recently saw her squeeze it out and mix w pasta so I didn't know if it was designed to be sucked out.

Straight from the pouch. We also have reusable ones from resqueeze that you can fill yourself. I buy the big containers of yogurt to fill them or have put in other homemade mixes of fruits/veggies. Amazon sells them.
