I need some ideas for a baby gift
Three of my friends just had babies so we're having a little post sprinkle for them.
I already sent each one of them gift certificates for take out restaurants when they got home from the hospital so I know they're not expecting anything but I don't want to go empty handed.
What is a good small gift?
I would say less then $20 each. All I can think of is clothes but since they have older siblings they probably have enough.
Any other suggestions?

How about a basket filled with little things such as teethers, bibs, burp cloths and towels.

Diapers, diaper cream, gift card to Target/buy buy baby, baby soap, any staple item that even though is not fancy is a necessity.

A new onsie/PJs. Ask what size baby is wearing...
Or a hooded towel ( we had 3 or 4 and use every one).
My kids never used pacis, I was very particular about the diaper that I was using (and threw others out!).

I like personalized gifts, so I'd suggest a stroller blanket or picture frame with the baby's name and birth date.

Nose frida, love that thing. Pair it with saline drops and vapor bath and put in the card things to help you survive first cold.

Zutano snap-on booties (amazon or diapers.com). I am obsessed and want to buy a pair for everyone I know with a baby!
