Winter wonderland party centerpiece ideas
Anyone have any ideas? It's for my DD's 1st birthday party. I wanted to incorporate snowflakes somehow, but for some reason I'm drawing a blank. I looked on Pinterest and didn't see anything yet.

Re: Winter wonderland party centerpiece ideas
My go to CPs are mason jars with water and floating candles. If you did this, you could wrap coordinating colored ribbon, or even ribbon with snowflakes on it, around the top of the mason jars. Or, if you were able to find white plastic snowflakes, you could glue them to the front & back of the mason jar. Or if they were small enough, you could put them at the bottom of the jar (assuming they wouldn't float).
ETA: I just searched "snowflake mason jar" on Pinterest and some cute things came up. :)
You could incorporate the fake snow stuff people put in those Christmas villages too. Maybe under the mason jars?

Re: Winter wonderland party centerpiece ideas
I had a winter onderland for DD. I alternated pale pink pails decorated with silver snowflakes filled with styrofoam "snowballs." I tied balloons to the handles. On the other tables, I made snowmen out of two fish bowls and fake snow. I saw something similar online. I'll upload a few pics when I'm at my computer.

This is cute! Seems simple enough.
This too. You could make the snowmen faces with sharpee on plain cheap white ornaments.

Hang paper snowflakes from the ceiling with fishing line.
All different snowflake patterns
Tulle around lights
I've also seen a centerpiece made out of a mason jar. You coat the inside with glue and water and roll Epsom salts around. It looks like ice when you light a candle inside

I made a bunch of light blue, dark blue and white tissue poms and strung them from the ceiling. On the tabes I had tall cylinder vases with the dry brown reed things coming out and tea light candles around. Also on the table, and this was my favor, were hit cocoa cones at each place setting with Mason's Winter One-Derland tags.
