Dr. Augustine-Sayville- opinions
Thinking of switching pediatricians. I have heard good things about this doctor. Anyone have experience with him?

Re: Dr. Augustine-Sayville- opinions
He was my sister's ped...she's now almost 20...my mother loves him...he's difficult to understand, but that's the only complaint I've ever heard...but he's got to be getting old...I'd be afraid of him retiring while your DC was still little. These were the reasons I chose not to go with him. My cousin has a 10 & 7 year old and also loves him.

Difficult to understand and getting close to retirement. Have heard great things about him but those 2 factors turned me off.

Dr. Augustine-Sayville- opinions
I met with him almost 2 years ago when we were looking to find a ped before my son was born. He also happened to be the pediatrician of a family member over 25 years ago. He was very nice, but I did have trouble understanding him and at that time he told us he would be looking to retire within the next 5 years. His office seemed pretty outdated in appearance, which honestly didn't bother me but when we were taken into one of the exam rooms I saw dirt and dust every where which kind of skeeved me out.
