Visiting LI next month... Edit to add question

They are in Nassau. We thought something cute to do just to get out with the kids for a bit. Last year we did Hick Farms. That was cute. Thought I'd ask you if there's anything else that is similar we can take the family to. Thanks! ETA - Thank for all the feedback. Question on Nunley's. What exactly is it? Is it good for the family? I mean the museum after? I thought it was only for birthday parties bc I have seen many of you on here talk about it for a party. We are going for my FIL's 65th birthday. Sounds like it may be perfect for him and the family. Just wanted to know a bit more about it and how long are you usually there? If there's a birthday party are we allowed in?
