Modified Sequential with genetic scan?
I have this test tomorrow but what should I expect? i'm reading a ton of different things.
do I get an Ultrasound? is it just blood taken?
can I maybe (fingers crossed) get to find out the sex yet?

Usually at 16-17w you get the 2nd part -which is a blood test. The ultrasound (1st part) would have been at around 12w.
The next ultrasound would be around 20w which is the Level II ultrasound +gender scan.

That's when I had an early anatomy scan and the 2nd part of the fingerprick. I'm guessing that's what you're having done.

Thanks!
I definitely had the NT scan done at 12 weeks along with blood.
This one says with genetic scan so I'm curious if that's an ultrasound as well.
My level II is set for 20 weeks

No problem! I believe it checks for neural tube defects b/c when I went back for my level 2, the dr. told me that the results came back that said there were no neural tube defects.

Nope. I never even got numbers or ranges. I was just told that the results came back normal and that was all.
