I think this is grimy or maybe I'm just not looking at it the right way
I'm on buy and sell groups on fb. I don't get people who sell coupons or formula checks. When I get one, like the poster on here, I just post it, see if anyone wants it and just throw it in the mail. I get bothered by people who sell them or ask you to PayPal them the cost of a stamp.
Am I wrong? Am I just not seeing it from their point of view?

I agree. It didn't cost the person anything. If they can't use it, pass it along.

Some people are just really hard up for cash and I try to just look at it that way. Me personally, I never try to sell anything I got for free... It's just not in me... But if I was in a situation where I desperately needed to make money off of free items, my tune would probably change. To each his own!

Oh please don't get me started. There also people who get formula for free from ins then sell their extra instead of giving it away and paying fwd like so many people do.
You can buy the checks on ebay. There are actually a lot of them.

What makes my nuts is all of the brand new pumps on craigs list! Seems like people must be requesting them for free from their insurance companies and then turning around and selling them!

Omg this makes me nuts. I actually got into an argument with someone trying to sell their coupons on a buy sell group. I put mine in the mail and pay for the stamp!!!!

Thank you! I thought I was the only one who felt this way. Anytime I get a check for formula I don't use I never ask for money for a stamp. I would rather someone get use of it because I know how expensive it is. I just shake my head when I see these. I've had so many of you lovely ladies send me checks for the brand I use. It just boggles the mind.

I agree. I could understand saying "hey i have enfamil check to trade for similac" but to sell a coupon or check you got for free?

Very tacky. You get what you give. I happily give away my coupons I'm not using, paying for the stamp and drive it to the post office with my newborn daughter.

While I disagree with people who do this, and would never do it myself, I feel that they wouldn't be selling them if people didn't buy them... And if there are people willing to buy them, then you can't really blame people for trying to sell then, KWIM?
People SHOULD pay it forward, if you get something for free (like a coupon or formula sample) that you don't need, you should give it away for free too, but as long as people are willing to pay, people will try to sell.
