Toddlers and computers?
I'm wondering when is a good time to introduce DD (turned 2 in June) to the computer. She has access to an ipad and can navigate it well. I've downloaded a bunch of learning apps and whatnot but I really wanted her to be familiar with the computer as well. Is it too early to expect her to understand this? I've seen and heard of people's 2 year olds mastering the ABC mouse. Are there any toddler friendly laptops or mini computers out there or am I being too extreme??
TIA

Re: Toddlers and computers?
My DH takes my Dd (2 in June, too) to Disney Jr website and helps her to play around on there. Then they print coloring pages for her to color. She sits on his lap at the computer. I think this is a good way for her to understand the basics. She is also a pro on our iPad, which I feel is more important bc I'm sure eventually everything will be touch screen!
