Please recommend your Booster Seat
Or whatever kind of seat is appropriate for a 4 year old?
Even without a jacket, the car seat is too small for her.

While the Turbobooster is good - go with the Graco Affix - newer seat and has LATCH so the seat cannot move in case of an accident or sudden stop.
