Would love to know the answer to this too. DD is 9m and I'm starting to wean her off of purees onto table foods a little at a time.

my boys have been refusing puree since 9 months, every now and then i can get them to split a jar if i feel like they arent eating enough veggies.
i stopped introducing one ingredient at a time after 6 months when i saw there had been no reactions so far.

7 months but I did my own modified crazy mommy version of baby led weaning.
As long as they've had a particular food more than 3 times with no problems, ill combine it with other foods.
I introed egg yolks and after 3 days, I mixed egg yolks and grated eggplant to intro the eggplant in a different way.

dd1 was on table food only by 12 months. I see the same for dd2 who is 6 1/2 months now. I gave all the basic foods 1 at a time for a few days, apples, pears, squash, peas, carrots, etc. After I got most basic I mixed the foods and gave random stuff. DD1 never had any kind of reaction and so far dd2 is good too

By 8 months, dd was mostly eating table food. I only give her purees for daycare bc it's a pia to cut all her food in advance to send in (when I feed her at home, I cut little by little as I go). If she wasn't in day are, she would not be on any purees since 8 months.

DS is 8.5 months old and we're just starting table foods. I prefer the nanny feed him purees and yogurt, so I'm in no rush to get him entirely off purees.
As for the 1 ingredient at a time, we stopped that a long time ago!

I started table food at 9mo and was probably completely off puréed by 10mo. I stopped the introducing one food long before that.

We skipped all baby foods. My kids went straight to soft table foods at 6-8 months old.

I found purees and even cereals helpful past 12 months.
She ate table foods from like 9-10 months, yes, but she was a picky eater and I just wanted her to have some nourishment..
Cereals were great for iron and the fruit purees were super convenient and at least got something in her.
Plus I really don't cook healthful meals, or things she would eat, so it was just easier for us.

This, all 3 of my kids had no interest in baby food. We went straight to solids eating the softer foods first and slowly going into smaller cubed food.

Same here for both kids, but I still introduced new foods gradually as we have allergies.
